Multiplicity with outlook.com

On one of my teams we just hired a great tester. One of our objectives was to test using multiple email accounts and that can be a challenge when you consider the complexity of creating new Google or Outlook.com emails.
That’s when i gave this quick trick… you can transform any valid hotmail address into multiple ones if you append a plus (+) and some string.
USERNAME+Test1@hotmail.com
USERNAME+Test2@hotmail.com
Both will be delivered in the inbox for USERNAME@hotmail.com but from the sender’s point of view, they are two distinct and valid email addresses.

As a bonus, if ever you type in your email somewhere, you can use this technique to annotate where you used the email. If ever you get spam on that email you then know who gave your privacy away.
