I was at Microsoft Build a two years ago when they unveiled the Hololens I had the chance to see it and try it. I remember my business partner Mario Cardinal whispering to me during the keynote – this will change everything.

As all good things, technology is a tool, it allows you to do stuff. It is up to us to make these things become alive.

Today i saw this video, from Microsoft’s presence at Computex 2016. It’s not just about the Hololens anymore, it’s about a holographic future.

Enjoy the video; I know I did ! When i see the convergence between devices, all unified around collaboration using holograms, I see a new kind of “sony walkman”, something that everyone will want, from multiple vendors sharing a core technology, something i want to work with. Technology will become better, the cassette will become a cd.. and this is the beginning !
